Fender Releases American Ultra Series

Fender is always innovating and updating their legendary lineup. As time shifts, so do the habits of players, so it’s a constant effort to continue delivering the most revolutionary designs. The latest addition to Fender’s collection is ‘American Ultra,’ a revision of their top-tier series (under Custom Shop), formerly American Elite. The American Elite series was known for its cutting-edge features such as Fender’s 4th generation noiseless pickups, compound radius fretboards, and advanced S-1 switching for unmatched tonal versatility. But don’t worry – the spirit of innovation lives on in American Ultra. And they’ve even turned it up a notch.

The most notable features across the entire American Ultra line include newly designed body contours, super fast-playing necks, and two new types of hum-free pickups. The Ultra Noiseless Vintage pickups deliver authentic Fender single-coil sound while Ultra Noiseless Hot pickups offer high output and modern performance. There are also some aesthetic updates that really contribute to a style revolution in guitar appearance, including several slick new finishes.
